Designation : Manager – Energy Transition Practice

Location : New Delhi

Educational Qualifications : Minimum Bachelor’s degree in engineering,

Preferred: M.Tech/MS/MBA/PhD

Experience : Minimum 6 years

Remuneration : At par with industry standards

Role : Undertaking studies related to power market & system assessment/feasibility, and being involved in formulating policy & regulatory interventions in the clean energy sector

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical analysis, including but not limited to Clean Energy Technologies (Solar, Wind, Energy Storage & Green Hydrogen/P2X), Transmission, and Power/Electricity market
  • Policy Analysis: Collaborate with our policy team to analyze and interpret energy policies and regulations that impact clean energy projects
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, policies, and market dynamics in the energy sector in India and globally.
  • Engage with clients and assist in identifying issues, develop, execute, and deliver solutions
  • Report preparation and generation: Prepare detailed reports and presentations, including proposals
  • Manage teams of analysts and consultants by delegating tasks, disseminating information, and providing guidance for ensuring timely execution and completion, including invoicing and project closure

Preference given to

  • Strong analytical and/or modelling skills
  • Knowledge of energy policies and landscape
  • Proven knowledge of the Power/Electricity market with RE Integration issues
  • Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Independent and team-oriented mindset
  • Preferred work experience in RE industry
