**Job Overview**: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Recruiter to join our team in the RPO model, working closely with a leading renewable energy client. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the client’s hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
- Adhere to client-specific recruitment processes and service-level agreements.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of recruiting experience, ideally within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and the ability to manage end-to-end hiring processes.
- Excellent sourcing skills with proficiency in using online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- **Qualities**:

- Ability to work independently in a client-focused environment.
- Proven track record of successfully filling roles under tight deadlines.
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
