**Job Overview**

Connecting Dots Enterprises is looking for a motivated and customer-focused **Academic Counsellor** to support our student enrollment and guidance process. The role involves counselling prospective students, identifying new opportunities, achieving enrollment targets, and ensuring an excellent learning experience for all participants present.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Counsel and guide students on available courses and training programs.
- Identify and follow up with potential students to achieve enrollment goals.
- Maintain effective communication with students and clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth course delivery.
- Monitor and report on market and industry trends to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- 0 - 5 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven, customer-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic work environments.

**Work Details**
- **Work Mode**: On-site (Thane, Maharashtra)
- **Working Days**: Monday to Saturday
- **Employment Type**: Full-time
