**Job Role**:
At Injala, you provide the cutting edge in design-thinking for our products. We strive to provide the best in class user experience with ergonomic, intuitive design thinking. You will be responsible for monitoring user experience and ensuring that websites, software programs and products are easy to use. Your role include reviewing user feedback to determine potential defects or areas for clarity, working closely with management and other company personnel to refine user experience and performing usability tests on software products or website features to ensure functionality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
- Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital assets.
- Testing UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
- Strong communication with stakeholders to understand their business goals and objectives.
- Collaborating with the marketing team, executive level stakeholders, developers and designers to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for the digital user.
- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities in order to analyses and predict user behavior.
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design.
- Produce design assets for use in social media and marketing channels.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
- Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Balsamiq, Invision, Figma and other design tools.
- Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
- Working knowledge of responsive design and grid principles.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus.
- Should pay strong attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Some knowledge of Usability Factors in Human Computer Interaction.
- UX Research Skill.
- Wireframe and Prototyping Skill.
- Visual Communication Skill.
