**About This Team**
The Transformation & Program Operations team leads the enterprise portfolio management function to align various portfolios and projects to the company’s strategic objectives. This includes managing and monitoring projects through a combination of portfolio/program/project management, business analysis and change management approaches. The diverse enterprise portfolio offers the opportunity to work with various Business Units and Corporate Functions, along with the associated stakeholders, business processes and technologies. As a Program Administrator in this team, you will flex your process, data management and technical skills to contribute to the overall management of our enterprise portfolio.
This position is an Individual Contributor job type. The position requires in-office work in the Bangalore office from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM India Standard Time, and will not be remote.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Support daily activities in managing enterprise portfolio of sub-portfolios, programs and projects
- Maintain portfolio data related to project inventory, milestones, resource planning, status, budgets and procurement
- Develop and maintain portfolio, program and project reporting in various tools. Ensure adoption of processes/tools to maximize efficiency and visibility of portfolio
- Administration activities to provision and maintain projects
- Works with stakeholders to understand data and metrics needs; respond to ad-hoc reporting requests as required
- Prepare and provide content for executive portfolio reviews
- Communicate effectively via different channels in order to overcome challenges of time zone variations in global teams
- Facilitate online project meetings with various types of stakeholders in different locations and time zones
- Define and develop best practices via standards, guidelines and templates; maintain departmental repository
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of departmental methodologies and tools to reduce waste and improve productivity
**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience
- Experience supporting enterprise portfolios & projects in a Project Management Office related to project intake/prioritization, reporting, resource management, project scheduling and budgeting
- Understanding and experience in a variety of project life cycle methodologies including waterfall, Agile and/or hybrid
- Understanding of project management financial principles, including aspects of procurement and vendor management
- Experience utilizing Portfolio & Project Management tools such as Smartsheet, JIRA, or Microsoft Project. Learning agility to adopt/implement new tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present to audiences at all levels in the organization
- Must be comfortable working in a team environment and possess a strong sense of accountability in completing assignments
- Knowledge of change management principles
- Embraces the concept of continuous learning for professional growth; ability to tailor and implement industry best practices into day-to-day work environment
