- Follow recipes while also bringing creativity to new menu items.
- Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with ordering supplies.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
- Work efficiently under pressure and meet production deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
- Ability to work early morning shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Creativity in developing new and exciting baked goods.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
