**About the internship**

As an operations intern at DeskHub, you will be an integral part of our growing team, contributing to the efficient functioning of various operational aspects. This internship is a fantastic opportunity for individuals eager to learn, thrive in a collaborative startup environment, and play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations. The internship will be remote with occasional client visits as and when necessary. Travel expenses will be reimbursed. If performance is satisfactory, the intern will be eligible for a full-time role with us. The stipend during the period of internship will be Rs 5000 per month

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Facility Management: Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company, ensuring a conducive and productive environment for our members

2. Client Interaction: Engage with our clients, addressing their queries, and ensuring a positive relationship is maintained with them

3. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to various operational functions, including documentation, data entry, and reporting

4. Vendor Coordination: Scout for and collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the seamless provision of services and supplies. Manage communication with vendors for timely deliveries and quality control

5. Report Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on operational activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

6. Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with teams across different departments, such as marketing and customer support, to enhance overall operational efficiency
