F&b Steward

**Job Summary**:
The Food & Beverage Steward plays a vital role in supporting the daily operations of the F&B department by ensuring cleanliness and organization in all dining and kitchen areas. They are responsible for setting up, serving, and cleaning dining areas, as well as maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Cleaning & Maintenance**:

- Ensure cleanliness of tables, chairs, and surrounding areas in the dining room.
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, dishes, utensils, and glassware.
- Keep storage areas tidy and organized, including the proper handling and storing of supplies.
- Regularly clean and maintain workstations and service areas.

**2. Setup & Service Support**:

- Set up and break down dining areas as per the daily schedule, ensuring all necessary items (table settings, condiments, etc.) are in place.
- Assist in food and beverage service by ensuring trays, dishes, and utensils are clean and ready for use.
- Assist waitstaff in delivering food and drinks to customers when necessary.

**3.Waste Management**:

- Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling materials according to health and safety guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of trash bins and waste collection areas.

**4. Safety & Hygiene Standards**:

- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues in dining areas or kitchen equipment.

**5. Customer Assistance**:

- Provide assistance to guests as needed, offering information about menu items or the restaurant environment.
- Help ensure that the dining experience is pleasant and seamless.

**6. Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with chefs, waitstaff, and other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
- Attend team meetings and trainings to stay updated on procedures and protocols.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items (up to 25kg).
- Manual dexterity for handling equipment and performing cleaning tasks.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
