**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team and spearhead the expansion of our CNC and VMC carbide cutting tools line of business. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective clients, and driving sales growth in your designated territory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and key industry trends.
- Analyze competitor offerings and market dynamics to develop effective sales strategies.
- **Business Development**:
- Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement targeted sales plans to penetrate new markets and industries.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Cultivate strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within client organizations.
- Understand clients' needs and challenges to provide tailored solutions that address their requirements.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expertise on our CNC and VMC carbide cutting tools and related services.
- **Sales Execution**:
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our cutting-edge tools.
- Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company objectives and pricing guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, technical support, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales transactions.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
