**Job Description**:
Job Title: CDP - Food Production
Function: Food Production
Location: Lonavala
Primary Purpose
Is responsible to supervise staff and ensure high levels of food preparation to deliver an excellent Guest experience.
Major skills and accountabilities of position (4-6 major accountabilities)
1. Should have knowledge on current culinary trends and intermediate food hygiene.
2. Should be creative in presenting food and excellent planning and organizing skills.
3. Ability to work on own and in teams.
4. Should have positive attitude, good communication skills and desire to motivating Team
**Responsibilities**:
1. Ensure all food preparation meets standards and should be of high quality.
2. Should supervise staff and keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross contamination.
3. Prepare all mis-en-place for all relevant menus and ensure food stuffs are of a good quality and stored correctly.
4. Should contribute in controlling costs and improving gross profit margins
5. Assist Executive Chef/Sous Chef in the training of all staff in compliance of company procedures.
6. Report maintenance, hygiene and hazard issues
7. Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety and food safety legislation
Work relations (context - main interfaces - functional report)
1. Reports to Executive Sous Chef.
2. Interfaces strongly with employees.
3. Interfaces strongly with F&B Outlet employees
Key figures - provide key data of the job e.g. budget, number of reports etc

Experience and qualifications required for the job
Should have minimum of 4-5 years of previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong experience as a Demi Chef de Partie role.
**Minimum Qualification**: Hotel Management Graduate
**Minimum Job Experience**: Should have minimum of 4-5 years of previous experience
