**Job Summary**:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented **Operations Associate** to support the non-sales teams at GroTechMinds. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and collaborating with various departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Process Optimization**: Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization by developing and implementing process improvements.
- **Course Coordination**: Collaborate with the Course Management team to ensure timely scheduling, course content updates, and smooth execution of online classes.
- **Student Counselling**: Work closely with the Students to educate and guide them.
- **Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of course registrations, student feedback, and operational metrics to support decision-making processes.
- **Coordination**: Manage relationships with Trainers, service providers, and instructors to ensure timely delivery of services and resources.
- **Reporting**: Prepare regular reports on key operational metrics, including course completion rates, student satisfaction, and system performance.
- **Cross-Department Collaboration**: Liaise with Sales, Marketing, IT, and other teams to ensure alignment on projects and operational goals.
- **Compliance & Documentation**: Ensure all processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations, and maintain proper documentation for audits and reviews.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **1-3 years of experience** in operations, project management, or a similar role (experience in the EdTech sector is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
