Customer Service Associate
- at TripFactory (Nexus DMC) is Key Role Help Travel Agents to Work On Our Online Platform For Holidays Packages and come out from the traditional way, also help to match their requirement with help of Our Internal Team

**1. Aptitude Test**: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 30-minute basic aptitude test.
**2. Technical Assessment Task**: This one-hour role specific assessment will be an evaluation of the ‘must have technical skills’ mentioned above.
