**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Administrative Support**
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

**2. Meeting Coordination**
- Organize and coordinate executive-level meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and tracking follow-up actions.
- Ensure all meeting materials are prepared and reviewed in advance to ensure smooth and efficient meetings.

**3. Communication Management**
- Draft and respond to communications on behalf of the CEO as needed, maintaining professionalism and clarity.

**4. Project Management**
- Assist with special projects, research, and strategic initiatives led by the CEO.
- Track progress and ensure timely completion of tasks, including following up with internal teams and external partners.

**5. Confidentiality and Discretion**
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Maintain confidentiality in all interactions and communications.

**6. Office Coordination**
- Liaise with internal teams and departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
- Assist in organizing corporate events, team activities, and other company-wide initiatives as required.

**Preferred Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant tools.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision and take initiative.
- Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
