Founder's Office

We’re seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and highly driven individual for Head of Finance to lead founders’ office. This is a critical leadership role for someone who thrives in complexity, balances creativity with control, and brings structure to fast-moving environments. You will be responsible for financial oversight across national and international projects, investor and grant compliance, real-time budget tracking, and strategic financial planning while cutting across various functions of the organization.

**Key Responsibilities1. Financial Leadership & Control**
- Basic knowledge and acumen of a finance controller which includes maintaining hygiene of internal finances
- Ensure real-time, accurate tracking of budgets, cash flows, and forecasts
- Manage project-level P&L with strict budget adherence through all stages of production

**2. Investor, and Partner Compliance**
- Lead financial reporting and compliance for various stakeholders across investors, partners among others
- Ensure fund deployment aligns with contractual terms; maintain audit-ready records

**3. Process Optimisation & Efficiency Audits**
- Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
- Streamline communication across organization to ensure

**5. Production Financial Management**
- Monitor real-time production spend; reconcile expenses and establish controls
- Oversee vendor payments and financial risk mitigation

**6. Client & Stakeholder Communication**
- Represent finance in high-stakes meetings with sponsors, investors, and partners
- Provide concise updates on budgets, risks, and ROI
- Support negotiations with data-driven insights and commercial risk analysis

**7. Financial Systems, Controls & Reporting**
- Implement tailored financial systems suited to the unique dynamics of the industry
- Maintain clean, auditable records of all transactions, contracts, and project documents
- Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and audit requirements

**8. Strategic Financial Planning**
- Work closely with leadership to align financial strategy with business growth and creative vision
- Deliver scenario models, investment cases, and expansion frameworks
- Guide capital allocation across new IPs, markets, and partnerships
- Proven experience in working in finance domain/ dynamic founder office roles
- Strong command of financial operations
- Familiarity with grant funding, CSR compliance, and creative production cycles
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity, risk, and tight timelines
- CA/MBA Finance or equivalent qualification strongly preferred
