A call center representative is often the frontline of an organization. Call center representative duties include providing information about products and services, taking orders, responding to customer complaints, processing returns, and performing countless other activities. They often follow templated scripts for the most commonly asked questions, and specific guidelines for dealing with requests or complaints. Customer service is top of mind for most companies, and call center representatives can often make or break a customer’s experience.

**Responsibilities**: Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information. Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements. Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing. Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information. Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems. Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,350.00 per month
