**Location**: Mumbai (Work from Office / Hybrid Model Possible)
**Shift Timing**:Evening/Night Shift (Aligned to US Eastern Time)
**Role Overview**:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for patients seeking mental health services. You will manage patient communication, appointment scheduling, initial insurance queries, and provide ongoing administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, empathy, and a strong understanding of service excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Explain services, clinic processes, and basic insurance information to patients
- Assist new patients with onboarding, intake forms, and documentation
- Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments using clinic systems
- Manage reminders, cancellations, and follow-up communications
- Coordinate between therapists, billing staff, and patients
- Maintain accurate confidential records and documentation

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years experience in customer service (preferably international clients)
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills (neutral accent)
- Comfortable working night/evening shifts (US Eastern Time)
- Familiar with phone systems, CRM, or healthcare record tools
- Professional, empathetic, and confidentiality-driven
- Stable internet connection and laptop (if hybrid)
**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior US healthcare, mental health, or hospital experience
- Basic US insurance knowledge (co-pay, deductible, verification)
- Multitasking, prioritization, and strong problem-solving skills
