**‍ The Role**:
**️ Objective**:

- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform.
- Develop content strategies to attract and engage our target consumers and business
- Measure, report and optimize the performance of all social media marketing campaigns, and reporting KPIs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Setting up and optimizing company pages within each social media platform.
- Develop content strategies to attract and engage our target consumers and business
- Generate and release popular content such as Posts, Blogs, Contents, Newsletters, Webinars, Case Studies, Tutorials, etc
- Work with the team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Measure, report and optimize the performance of all social media marketing campaigns, and reporting KPIs.
- Manage online customer reviews, feedbacks.
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages targeted audience to take action.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
- Pre-plan Social Media Calendar for the month
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information.
- Collaborate with other departments (customer relations, sales etc) to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.

- In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Strong oral and written communication skills
