Resposibilities:

- Develop and implement social media content plans that aligns with our brand identity and meet our service and product needs
- Create original text, images and videos for daily content that connects with customers and creates brand awareness.
- Publish and share content regularly across social media platforms to encourage engagement and interaction with our community.
- Develop content for blogs with relevant keywords focusing on current trends

Daily social media management
- Manage consistent volume of daily social media posts, to reach right audience and align with our content strategy
- Research and curate relevant, engaging content with diverse range of topics and formats
- Develop social influencer programs, including identifying and collaborating with influencers who align with our brand
- Analytics and performance monitoring
- Identify trends, assess and make data driven decisions
- Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly reports on our social media marketing efforts with key metrics and insights
- Stay up to date with current trends, platforms and best practices in social media marketing
- Perform other duties as needed to support overall marketing efforts and contribute to the success of the brand

Qulaifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing or social media marketing
- Proven experience of 1 to 2 years as social media executive
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal in English with ability to create engaging content for different social media channels
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Profiency in English, tamil and hindi (optional)
