About the Role:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the overall marketing goals of our clients
- Manage and grow the social media presence of our clients across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others
- Create, curate, and publish engaging and high-quality content, including written posts, images, videos, and graphics
- Monitor and track the performance of social media campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices, and provide recommendations for new and innovative ways to reach our target audience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and account managers, to ensure the smooth execution of social media campaigns

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and how to use them for marketing purposes
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights and metrics
- A creative and strategic thinker who is able to develop and execute innovative campaigns
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
