We are hiring for R&D profile for Noida Location.

JD is given below:

- **Responsibilities**

Must have experience in manufacturing Cosmetics, Skin Care & Personal Care products. Maintain quality records, e.g. online datasheet/lab reports/type test reports, etc., as per the scheme of testing/quality assurance plan.
- Complete planning and manufacturing of cosmetic products
- Develop new product as per the requirement
- Develop cost-effective formulation with superior performance
- Documentation and quality control
- Support in Research and Development
- Operation and maintenance of production facility
- Testing and Recordkeeping related to production and samples

**Duties**
- Direct and supervise the manufacturing of all the products as required under the Ayush and Cosmetics Act, Rules, and GMP.
- Ensure that all production is carried out in strict compliance with GMP and if there are any gaps, advise the management on the same and give suggestions to bring it within compliance and take remedial actions after discussion with the Production Manager, Director, and the management.
- Maintain current records of details of manufacturing, documentation of raw materials, and finished products and ensure that the documentation is streamlined and maintained as per the requirements.
- Prepare SOPs for all processes wherever required, train workers and supervisors, and supervise the implementation of the same.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of raw materials/packing materials being supplied by the vendors meet the existing parameters.
- Work closely with QC analysts to maintain quality and to evolve in-house quality parameters and controls.
- Advice and assist the Production Manager and the management in evolving in-house expertise in setting up effective quality control standards, record-keeping, etc, and in implementation of the same.
- Gaining feedback from the Buyers, Attending Meetings, Submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
- Building relationships with decision-makers & key buyers in pre-sales negotiation stages
- Manufacturing of Cosmetics, Shampoo, Creams, Soap, Body wash.
- Maintain quality records(online datasheet) as per the scheme of testing / QA plan.
- Lay down procedure to implement **GMP GLP** norms & ensure documentation compliance

**Key Skills**
- Formulation Development, In-depth knowledge of raw materials, testing, quality control
- Should have worked in similar cosmetic/oil industry for a minimum of 5 years.
- Must know how to speak, write and read English.

Experience Required:

- 5y to 10y

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
