**Job Title: Customer Support Fresher**
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support B2B Fresher. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our business-to-business (B2B) clients, ensuring their satisfaction and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about customer service and eager to learn and grow within a dynamic B2B environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve client issues or concerns efficiently, escalating complex problems to senior team members or managers when necessary.
- **Product Knowledge**: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively address client questions and provide accurate information.
- **Account Management**: Assist with client onboarding, account setup, and ongoing account management tasks, ensuring smooth and seamless interactions.
- **Technical Support**: Provide basic technical support and guidance to clients, troubleshooting common issues and liaising with the technical team for advanced assistance.
- **Documentation**: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in the CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our products and services, and communicate insights to relevant teams for continuous improvement.
- **Training Participation**: Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge, customer service skills, and understanding of company processes and procedures.
