Job Description (JD) for US Healthcare Role - Fresher (BPO Experience)

**Position Title**: US Healthcare Associate

**Location**: Sharstradhara IT Park, Dehradun

**Shift Timing**: 7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Job Summary:
LanceSoft is seeking energetic and motivated freshers with BPO experience to join our US healthcare team. As a US Healthcare Associate, you will be responsible for handling tasks related to medical billing, coding, claims processing, and other administrative activities in the US healthcare domain. Key Responsibilities:

- Process and manage medical claims, ensuring compliance with US healthcare regulations.
- Handle healthcare-related data entry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in medical coding and billing, including verifying patient details, insurance information, and processing payments.
- Communicate with US-based clients regarding their claims and medical inquiries.
- Review and resolve discrepancies related to medical claims and patient records.
- Maintain and update patient information in healthcare management systems.
- Adhere to the set guidelines and procedures for US healthcare operations.
- Collaborate with team members and senior associates to ensure smooth workflow.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (Any discipline).
- BPO experience, preferably in a healthcare domain (medical billing, claims processing, etc.).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of US healthcare processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable working in night shifts (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST).
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tasks.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
