Freelance Recruiter

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **Freelance Recruiter** to join our talent acquisition network on a **commission-only** basis. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced recruiters or professionals with strong networks who want to work independently and earn attractive commissions for each successful placement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our team to understand client hiring needs and job requirements.
- Ensure all placements meet client expectations and requirements.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist (in-house or agency).
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques, including use of job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Access to your own tools and databases is preferred (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple roles at once.
