**Key Responsibilities**:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring timely feedback from hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports using the HRMS portal.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and webinars.
- Track employee participation and maintain comprehensive training records.
- Support the identification of training needs through surveys and feedback analysis.
- Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders for smooth execution of L&D initiatives.
- Manage the company's LMS by uploading courses, tracking progress, and generating reports.
- Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in **Recruitment, Talent Acquisition,** or **L&D.**/li>
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with job portals, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and basic HR tools.
- Interest or experience in employee learning, development and engagement is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is a must (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
