**About SCS&IT**:
The JAIN (Deemed-to-be University), School of Computer Science and Information Technology was established in 2007, with the ulterior aim to bridge the gap between the Curriculum, Industry expectations and Research. The programmes offered by the department focuses on linking theory and practice by giving a strong foundation on core and advanced computer science concepts to the students.

The School of Computer Science and Information Technology endeavours to shape and develop the students into skilled professionals with practical knowledge with a fundamental understanding of the various aspects within the technology and digital space.

The department focuses on developing the contemporary understanding of many dimensions of the IT field and provides the students with up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends. The state-of-the-art facilities and computer laboratories provide insightful competencies in coding and web development in various computer programming languages.

Presently JAIN (Deemed-to-be University) is looking for:
**A. Assistant Professor in Computer Science and Information technology**:
**Educational and Research Essentials**:

- Ph.D. degree in the relevant field/UGC-NET qualified
- At least 2 research papers published in SCI/Scopus indexed journals

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- To handle the classes for B.C.A./M.C.A. students
- Able to teach Cyber Security/Cloud Computing/Mobile Computing/Data Science
- Help in curriculum development as and when required
- To handle additional administration responsibilities as and when required

**B. Assistant Professor in Animation and Virtual Reality**:
**Educational and Research Essentials**:

- Ph.D. degree in the relevant field/UGC-NET qualified
- At least 2 research papers published in SCI/Scopus indexed journals

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Able to teach Animation (3 D animation)/Gaming/Digital Film Making
- Help in curriculum development as and when required
- To handle additional administration responsibilities as and when required
