**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Management**: Oversee daily office operations, including managing supplies, maintenance, and ensuring a smooth workflow.
**Coordination**: Act as a liaison between the Head Office and branch offices to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
**Personal Assistant Duties**: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases for easy retrieval and reference.
**Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
**Requirements**:
**Experience**: 2-3 Years of previous experience in office administration, operations, or as an executive assistant is preferred.
**Skills**:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Educational Qualification**: A degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is advantageous.
