**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Should have strong **customer-oriented approach**and problem-solving skills.
- Should have technical knowledge (worked in technical support role).
- Should be able to multitask - **voice and chat process.**:
- Should have customer-oriented approach while handling any customer query.
- Advantage if you have worked on any CRM (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Salesforce, etc)
**Requirements**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a **24*7** (Day and Night Shifts - Rotational) with **rotational week off.**:
- Languages to be known - **English, Hindi, Telugu**, Kannada, Marathi (Any other will be add-on).
- Graduation in any discipline with minimum 2+ years of technical support.
