About Us:
IPage UM Services Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore, is at the forefront of providing class-leading UAV services across Singapore and Southeast Asia. Our services extend to aerial mapping, UAV inspections of infrastructure including bridges, power lines, buildings, and more, tailored for various sectors such as agriculture, urban development, and energy. With a strong presence in India and expanding operations across various states, we are looking to strengthen our team with a dynamic Marketing Executive focused on the Architectural and Construction sectors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the design, drafting, and development of architectural plans and drawings using tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
- Support the team in conceptual design phases, space planning, and 3D modeling.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and assist with field inspections.
- Research materials, building codes, and construction techniques.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documentation for client meetings.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders.
- Assist with project coordination and ensure deadlines are met.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited Architecture program.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design software.
- Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and sustainability practices is a plus.
- Portfolio showcasing design and drafting skills (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to ₹5,000.00 per month
