Junior Architect

1. Client and Team Coordination
- Lead initial requirement calls alongside the intern and senior architect.
- Attend concept explanation meetings with the senior architect and record minutes.
- Coordinate client communications by sending approved concepts and managing revisions per senior architect or design head feedback.
- Participate in client meetings for concept approvals and subsequent revisions, ensuring mail approvals are documented.

2. Concept Development and Review
- Guide the assigned intern to develop preliminary concepts within 12 to 24 hours.
- Review intern’s concepts, provide feedback, and finalize the concept for senior architect and design head approval.
- Facilitate revisions by the intern as required by senior architects or design heads.

3. Project Estimation and Budgeting
- Finalize project estimates within 24 hours post-concept approval.
- Cross-check all items and carpet areas against budget before forwarding details to procurement and execution heads.
- Collaborate with procurement and execution heads to verify costing during material selection phases.

4. Design Documentation and Drawing Management
- Oversee preparation of final requirement PDFs by the intern, updating internal teams and discussing with senior designers.
- Conduct site measurements with the intern and site engineer; review final AutoCAD drawings drafted by the intern.
- Provide knowledge transfer to interns on furniture layout standards and circulation; review and finalize furniture layouts with senior architects.
- Prepare and discuss project timelines upon furniture layout approval.

5. Design Development and Visualization
- Initiate mood board and reference material preparation, securing senior architect’s approval before internal sharing.
- Manage 2D drawings preparation by the intern, incorporating reference images and all relevant walls; review with senior architect.
- Coordinate with 3D visualizers on designs, review test renderings with senior architects, and handle approvals from managing director.
- Direct interns to create 3D presentations post-design approvals for client sharing.

6. Production Drawings and Final Approvals
- Conduct second site measurements with intern, site engineer; provide production drawing timelines to senior architect and design head.
- Lead production drawing preparation personally for the first project; delegate to interns for secondary spaces thereafter with comprehensive training.
- Facilitate drawing corrections after senior architects, design head, site manager, and execution head review.
- Present production drawings to clients for approval, incorporating client feedback and securing mail approvals.
- Submit approved production drawings to internal and external teams.

7. Site Management and Execution Support
- Review site markings after PMC, site engineer, and site manager checks; approve marking completion in consultation with senior architects.
- Manage client site visits to obtain final approvals; update drawings and markings as necessary with formal approvals.
- Perform weekly site visits with assigned intern to clarify design details, issue additional instructions, document minutes of meetings, and update stakeholders.
- Oversee selection of materials with intern, ensuring alignment with budget and procurement approvals; manage client approval process and documentation distribution.

8. Project Completion and Handover
- Coordinate client updates on site progress via external communications.
- Approve final site cleaning, furniture, and artifact arrangements.
- Manage final site handover process.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
