**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.
- Process sales orders, invoices, and coordinate deliveries with logistics and warehouse teams.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Communicate with clients to address their queries and provide necessary information.
- Assist in monitoring stock levels and coordinating with procurement for replenishments.
- Follow up on payments and outstanding invoices with customers as required.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and management.
- Stay updated with market trends and competitors in the building materials industry.
