**Responsibility**:

- Responsible for leading the Food Safety team in HACCP system requirements.
- Responsible for documentation, data control and issue of QMS/FSMS documents.
- Responsible for conducting/ facilitating internal food safety audit. & Quality audit
- Responsible for organizing management review committee meeting and other reviews related to FSMS.
- Responsible for overall system maintenance as per QMS/FSMS requirements.
- Responsible for identification, updating & communication of the applicable legal requirements.
- Responsible for compliance of the Food Safety team as per HACCP system requirements.
- Responsible for proper documentation & data control of QMS/FSMS documents.
- Responsible for periodical review of the proper system implementation
- Responsible for the maintenance of the proper sanitation & hygiene condition in the plant & personnel
- Responsible for production staff on quality / food safety problem and quality / food safety awareness.
- Verify records ensuring adherence to HACCP and its implementation, verification, auditing and reporting to the team leader.
- Implements hygienic control to the plant, checks for hygienic conditions and sanitary activities ensures that all food contact surfaces are clean, the drains are clean and water storage tanks are cleaned as per schedule.
- Ensure the processing equipment works properly.

**Authority**:
To maintain product safety, legality and quality.

To conduct & review hazard analysis, establish and monitoring of CCPs

To provide safety training to all concerned employees

To avoid contamination to incoming materials, in process materials & finished products.

To maintain product safety and quality.

To keep all department neat and clean and maintain good H.K.

To exercise control over change i.e., Change in process, R.M., P.M. and finished goods specification and validation.
- QA head is reporting person for QA officers.

Pay: ₹10,161.73 - ₹25,000.00 per month
