Garment Quality Control Executive

We are garment manufacturing leading company currently searching for an experienced and highly analytical quality executive to join our production department. As the quality executive, you will uphold QC of our garment product-Shirts Bottom and control of quality the product that all our products meet quality expectations.

**Quality Executive Responsibilities**:

- Perform in - line inspection and end-of-line inspection on production floor of factories
- Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors and outgoing products for dispatch.
- Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
- Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
- Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
- Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.
- Document inspection outcomes by completing detailed reports and performance records.
- Share with HOD about quality control concerns to improve product excellence.
- Supervise the production process.
- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner.

**Quality Executive Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s /Diploma degree in Apparel Design, Textiles, Manufacturing, or similar
- Certification in quality control is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Good math and technical skills.
- Strong understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
- Previous experience of working in quality control within the fashion industry preferably within denim production
- Knowledge of factory working processes and production processes is essential to this role
- Good commercial awareness

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
