**Location:

**Reporting to**:Sales Manager

**Criteria: - **Any Graduate with 5 Years of experience in import and Export, preferably in API/ Bulk Drugs/ Chemicals

**Job Profile:

- **
- Ensuring timely shipment of materials
- Conducting exhaustive negotiations with buyers and suppliers
- Responsible for handling Imports shipping Operations
- Liaise with External Parties and Coordinate Shipments with Respective Factory/ Customer/Forwarder/ Carrier
- Coordinate with overseas customer.
- Co-ordination of regulatory affairs for export of API’s/Pharmaceuticals.
- Preparation of Import Export Documents
- Knowledge of L/ C Documentation for Import and Export
- Attend and monitor Regular Shipments Enquiries
- Timely Delivery and Clearances of Goods
- Follow up with CHA
- Follow up with consignee for the container
