Painting and Blasting Supervisor

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate all blasting and painting activities on site.
- Manage daily operations of blasting and painting teams, ensuring targets are met (80-100 square meters per nozzle for blasting, 450-550 square meters per painter for painting).
- Ensure mínimal rework (target of 5-10%) and maintain quality control for all tasks.
- Monitor daily progress and update progress reports.
- Ensure job passing criteria are met as per the client’s specifications.
- Conduct temperature monitoring and other required site-related checks.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Train and guide junior supervisors and workers, promoting teamwork and efficiency.
- Address client concerns and provide timely updates on progress.
- Maintain equipment and materials, ensuring availability and readiness for use.
- Provide leadership and resolve any on-site issues to ensure smooth workflow.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in blasting and painting operations (minimum 5 years).
- At least 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards and safety practices.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Valid safety certification (if applicable).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹43,000.00 per month
