**Maintenance and Operations Coordinator**

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
**1. Maintenance Management**:

- Take responsibility for all maintenance-related tasks, including but not limited to repairs, servicing, and upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to schedule repairs and maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Follow up on maintenance requests and ensure timely completion of tasks.

**2. Product Management**:

- Manage inward and outward movement of products, including receiving shipments, inventory management, and dispatching orders.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and monitor stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery of products.

**3. Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks related to maintenance and operations, including maintaining records, preparing reports, and managing documentation.
- Proficiently manage Excel spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations to support reporting and communication needs.

**4. Visual Manager Support**:

- Collaborate with the visual manager to execute visual merchandising strategies and ensure the store's visual standards are met.
- Assist in setting up displays, arranging merchandise, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.
- Provide support for any other tasks assigned by the visual manager to enhance the store's aesthetic appeal.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in facilities management, maintenance coordination, or related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
