We have urgent openings for Customer Success Specialists to call healthcare professionals including physicians primarily based in UK.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Being the first point of contact for customers and handle all customer inquiries
- Building relationships with customers and ensuring they are satisfied with the company’s products and services
- Understand the problem of customers and handle escalations.
- Answering customer questions and providing information about the company’s products and services
- Recording customer feedback and suggestions

**Requirements & Skills**
- Prior experience of at least 3 years in Call Centres catering to US or UK customers
- Strong customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- UK shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
