We're looking for a **Telemarketing Executive** to join our team who is highly driven and enthusiastic and has 1-2 years of experience. The chosen applicant will be in charge of making phone calls to prospective customers to generate leads and schedule appointments. In addition to providing outstanding customer service, the Telemarketing Executive will be in charge of keeping accurate and current records of all sales activities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Creating leads and scheduling appointments with potential customers through outbound telemarketing activities
- Keeping accurate and current records of all sales activities, including leads, appointments, and follow-up activities
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to any queries or concerns potential customers may have
- Keeping up with market trends and the best telemarketing and sales practises
- Work with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process from lead generation to closing
- Recognize and address any customer issues or concerns and escalate them as needed

**Requirements**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording sales activities and customer information
- Comfort working with sales targets and metrics
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to shifting priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
