**Job Title: Manufacturing Chemist - Nail Polish (Color Matching)**
**Location**: Taloja, Maharashtra

**Qualification**: B.Sc. in Chemistry

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare bulk nail polish batches as per formulations
- Perform precise **color matching** to ensure shade accuracy
- Ensure adherence to production protocols and quality standards
- Maintain detailed batch records and coordinate with the QA/QC team
- Monitor raw material usage and optimize batch processes
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment

**Requirements**:

- B.Sc. in Chemistry (mandatory)
- 4-5 years of experience in nail polish, inks, or paints manufacturing
- Hands-on expertise in **color matching techniques**:

- Understanding of cosmetic regulatory standards is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
