We are hiring for the role of **"RnD Chemist"** for our Chemical manufacturing company based at Dombivli.

**Location**: Dombivli east, MIDC Phase 2.
**Qualification**: B.Sc. / M.Sc. Chemistry.
**Experience**: 2 to 5 years in chemical industry.
**CTC**: Based on technical interview & last drawn salary

**Job Responsibility**:
1. Plan and perform experiments in the R&D laboratory as per the instructions from the R&D manager.
2. Record and maintain the experimental details and the analytical results of the experiments performed in the R&D.
3. Regularly monitor the stock of chemicals and glassware in the R&D and communicate the requirement to the manager.
4. Follow and adhere to the standard operating procedures and systems.
5. Strictly follow, maintain, and ensure safety and good housekeeping while working in the R&D.
6. Handle all lab technics like Filtration, Distillation, Vacuum Distillation, etc.
7. To perform the reactions in the lab for the development of the process for the desired molecule.
8. Handling of various type of chemical reaction from laboratory scale.
9. Familiar with Documentation procedure, ISO audit, calibration and check records.
10. Minor routine maintenance of GC.

**Required Knowledge**:
Raw material analysis
Finish product analysis
In process QA & QC
Analysis method validation
Raw material dispensing
Support in document for ISO audit
Knowledge of Column / Flash column Chromatographic techniques for purification of compounds

**Instruments Knowledge**:
1. Gas Liquid Chromatography
2. HPLC
3. pH meter
4. Karl - Fischer
5. Bomb Calorimeter
