Customer Interaction and Service:

Operations and Compliance:
- **Balancing cash drawers and handling cash**: Maintaining accurate records of cash transactions and ensuring security.
- **Adhering to regulations**: Staying up-to-date on banking regulations and ensuring all activities comply with relevant laws and policies.
- **Providing information on products and services**:Bankers explain the features and benefits of different accounts, loans, and other financial products.
- **Processing transactions**:This involves handling deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- **Building and maintaining customer relationships**:Establishing trust and rapport with customers is crucial for long-term business relationships.
