We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented **Tele Callers** to handle admission inquiries for our institution. The role involves engaging with prospective students and parents, providing information about our courses, and assisting them in the admission process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to admissions inquiries.
- Provide detailed information about courses, eligibility, and the admission process.
- Follow up on leads generated through various marketing campaigns.
- Maintain records of calls and update the admissions database.
- Address queries and concerns of students/parents in a professional manner.
- Coordinate with the admissions team for scheduling campus visits and counseling sessions.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Minimum Intermediate (10+2) / Any Graduate.
- **Excellent Communication Skills**: Proficiency in Telugu, English & Hindi
- **Customer Handling Skills**: Ability to engage and persuade potential students.
- **Basic Computer Knowledge**: Familiarity with MS Office and data entry.
- **Sales & Convincing Skills**: Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support is a plus.
- **Patience & Professionalism**: Ability to handle queries efficiently and provide accurate information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
