- Managing deliveries for Performance business (CPL and CPI ).
- Consistent monetization and delivery deployments.
- Coordination with the sales team to get the best output of client briefs and regularities.
- End to End Management of Complete Affiliate Program of Network.
- Affiliate Payment process Mapping and Optimization.
- Responsible for all communication going out to Affiliates.
- Analyze affiliate performance on a weekly, monthly, yearly basis, develop key metrics and

share the same with affiliates.
- Landing page, Keyword optimization, monthly newsletter, welcome newsletter for

affiliates.
- Monitor profoundly campaign incongruities and troubleshoot issues with internal

campaign management and clients.
- Publisher management and retention starting from budget allocation till margin

realization.
- Media buying and arbitrage on various aspects of deliveries.**Job Requirements**:

- Prior experience of managing CPL and CPI Campaigns.
- Delivery & Optimization in Domestic and International both
- Working knowledge of tracking platforms.
- Excellent English Communications skills - written & verbal.

Experience - 2-4years/ freshers can also apply
