**Job brief**:
As a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), this role will take the complete accountability running the information security including risk, compliance and privacy for FSS. This is a global role, requires understanding and implementation of various compliance and security standards covering APAC and Middle East besides India.

**What will you be doing?**:

- Define and implement the information security roadmap basis the organizational requirements from various dimensions.
- ngage with functional heads and stakeholders in understanding the security, compliance and privacy requirements required to stay compliant.
- Strategize the cybersecurity roadmap, implement systems, processes and governance to meet organisational security requirements.
- Provide leadership guidance and organisational support to manage risk and compliance
- Ensure the necessary support systems and programs are employed in ensuring the audit requirements are met both from internal and external regulatory standpoint.
- With the help of Security Operations Center (SOC) and Incident Response (IR) ensure the organizational information systems are monitored and protected time to time.
- Ensure the governance and controls are set up appropriately to timely identify and remediate any risks in consultation with the leadership team
- Coach/mentor engineers and managers of various sub-functions within the areas of information security, cybersecurity, risk, compliance and privacy
- Attract key talent, develop teams with excellence and high bar for performance

**What you will bring along**:

- 10-15 years of experience in designing, implementing and managing security systems, processes and tools in the area of security, compliance and privacy.
- Proven hands-on experience in creating, running, managing information security systems that includes but not limited to IDS/IPS, Firewalls, DDoS, WAF.
- Knowledge of common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001, PCI DSS and S3
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISA and CISM along with deep implementation experience will be an added advantage.
- Proven knowledge and exposure in designing, implementing and operating security in one or two of the public clouds from AWS, Azure, Oracle and GCP.
- Prior knowledge/exposure working for Payments/Banking/Fintech domains is essential
- Proficient in articulating/presenting the information security initiatives to various internal and external stakeholders including executive team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of personal integrity
- Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams
- Experience with contract and vendor negotiations and management including managed services.
- Have managed multiple teams, managers in a complex and global environment
