What the intern is expected to do?
- Travel in the city to visit construction sites
- Talk to the small contractors and workers at the construction site
- Explain Bandhoo’s App and how they can use the App to increase their income, or how to run their business better
- Make them aware about Bandhoo’s brand and its strengths
- Register the small contractors and workers - mostly focused on civil works - Sariya, Shuttering, Mason, Helper, and Tiles
- Help them download the App on their smartphones and also train them on how to use the Bandhoo App
Performance metrics:
- Number of small contractors registered (less than Rs 1cr revenues)
- Number of Sariya/ Shuttering small contractors registered
- Tenders won by these registered small contractors
- Number of workers registered
Stipend and performance bonus
- Fixed monthly stipend of Rs 15,000 to cover basic food and travel expenses for the purpose of this internship
- Performance bonus can be up to Rs 30,000 every month based on achievement on key metrics
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
