**What you will learn and contribute to (Key Responsibilities)**:

- Create end to end Lean Six Sigma strategy for driving Company objectives across Value chain and execution of Company strategy to drive highest level of Customer Satisfaction
- Institutionalizing Lean Six Sigma approach through capability building frameworks, project execution across all Businesses, Functions and Tech Partners, Vendor partners to drive higher levels of Performance
- Defining Lean Six Sigma Long term Vision, Road Map, Goals and strategic Initiatives inline with Company Vision, Goals and Strategy. Ensuring deployment of the Lean Six Sigma goals across key stakeholder groups ( Businesses and Functions ) through Policy Management and SP SI, FP FI Approach
- Driving High Impact capability building across Black Belt, Green belt and Yellow belt program on Lean Six Sigma approach and tools across all the Businesses and functions
- Establishing an system for capturing customer needs, pain points, customer complaints and addressing it in an systematic and proactive manner thereby

achieving the business objectives and deliver higher customer satisfaction
- Establishing an Benchmarking framework across key segments of the business operations for various elements and devising strategy for Service Differentiation and Business result achievemet
- Onboarding business teams on Lean Six Sigma objectives, goals, initiatives across the organization to implement Continuous Improvement approach and deliver enhanced value to customer to drive Business growth
- Creating long term road map along with businesses to achieve Benchmark values across key segments of the business operations across various elements
- Driving PDCA culture across all levels in the organization and establish the organization as an highly Customer centric organization in the industry
- Enable the businesses with higher level of QC Competencies through Lean Six Sigma capability building, ensuring an system for identifying Chronic and Sporadic causes / problem and then driving improvement projects through Yellow Belts, Green Belts, Black Belts etc
- Partner businesses for solving critical customer issues / challenges and business priorities by integrating long term Objectives
- Assess operations around various aspects of Process performance, KPI, productivity, HR, Safety, CI approach and trigger areas of improvement to drive Benchmark level of performance
- Build competency in the org on Lean Six Sigma Approach through Process improvement activities Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Quality Circle, Kaizen, TPM, TQM etc and tools like APQP, FMEA, HEP, PPAP, SPC, 5S, KAIZEN,POKA YOKE, 7 QC tools, product/process audit, LIFT (layout inspection &functional testing), PDCA, 8D, quality circles, Hypothesis testing, fact based decision making with Data etc
- Drive collaborations with all the Internal Stakeholders to achieve the company and Quality function objectives and Goals
- Sound Knowledge about the operations in 3PL industry (Transportation, Warehouse and Stores & Linefeed activities), operating processes, productivity metrics and cost levers for driving improvements would be preferred
- Understanding on Automation and Industry 4.0 solutions would be preferred
- Ability to work & deliver under pressure and excellent time management skills

**Critical Competencies**:
1. Should have in-depth knowledge in establishing Lean Six Sigma strategy & road map at organization level to achieve org objectives and driving Lean Six Sigma Capability Building, Project execution support and guidance across Black Belt, Green Belt and Yellow Belt projects with experience in OEM's, Warehousing & Transportation Industry

2. Must be conversant with various KPI parameters for Warehouse & Stores Linefeed, Transport operations and ways to improve the same

3. In-depth expertise in defining Long Term Lean Six Sigma strategy inline with Company objectives, executing the strategy, delivering the Business Impact. Should have understanding on P&L management & Improvement for WH, Inplant logistics and Transport operations to align the Lean Six Sigma efforts on delivering Business Impact

4. Should have proven track record of institutionalizing the Lean Six Sigma Framework at scale across Businesses, Functions in order to achieve Company Long term objectives and Goals

5. Should have expertise in Change Management and enabling the organization to deliver on the stated Objectives to add enhanced value to customer

6. Should have excellent hands on experience in using MS Office tools (Excel, Advance Excel, Power BI & Power point ) and Minitab, MS Power BI to analyse huge data sets and drive insights for improvements

7. In-depth experience of using statistical tools & techniques (Like SPSS) & logical reasoning to analyse results. Should be able to drive QC Competency in the organization
