What you will learn and contribute to (Key Responsibilities):

  • Check workload (Open receipt work sheet) RWS
  • Review of Open YT (yellow Tag), DMT (damage material tag)
  • Review of vehicle report & ODM submission status
  • Closure & Tracking of Back order parts
  • Review and prioritization on pending task in inbound
  • Review, reordering of Packaging material to ensure availability
  • Daily exception review with customer
  • KPI report preparation & submission
  • Internal morning meeting & review in Team for critical consignment & update to ADM.
  • Vehicle Deployment of Inward in coordination with DCs
  • While Unloading & Loading, checking batch Qty
  • Maintaining stocks norms
  • Put-away of stocks
  • Ensure 5S of Inward Area
  • Regular Put-away Audit of Inward Data
  • Ensuring Conservation of natural resources
  • Manage the information flow within shifts and teams
  • Adhere to safety standards, especially in your area
  • Reporting daily inward status reports to management.
  • Ensure everyone in your team follows the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and Work Instruction (WI)
  • Contribute for continuous Improvement projects like Kaizen, QC projects, Six Sigma, etc.
  • Ensure and maintain the allocated assets are in good condition
  • Ensure the PRI / Salvage reception

Critical Competencies:

Good in verbal and mail communication.

  • Good in using system like ERP or SAP
  • Should be well versed with Warehouse Operation.
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Enthusiastic learner who is ready to take up new challenges.
  • Should be team player.

Experience:

  • 1/4 Years.

Qualifications:

  • Any Graduate or equivalent degree
