**Overview**:
As a Purchase Assistant at Deepak Builders and Developers, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the procurement process for construction materials and services. Your responsibilities will include preparing purchase orders, obtaining quotations from vendors, visiting sites to inspect and verify materials, understanding material requirements across various project sites, negotiating with vendors, and ensuring smooth installation and work progress.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Purchase Order Preparation**: Prepare purchase orders (POs) accurately and in a timely manner based on project requirements and budgetary constraints.

**Vendor Quotations**: Solicit and collect quotations from multiple vendors for construction materials and services. Evaluate quotations based on price, quality, and delivery timelines.

**Site Visits and Material Verification**: Conduct regular visits to construction sites to inspect and verify the quality and quantity of materials received. Ensure that materials meet specified standards and are in accordance with project requirements.

**Understanding Material Requirements**:Work closely with project managers and site supervisors to understand material requirements across various project sites. Maintain accurate records of material consumption and project timelines.

**Vendor Negotiation**:Negotiate with vendors to obtain the best possible terms regarding pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors to ensure favorable terms and conditions.

**Order Placement**: Place orders with selected vendors in accordance with approved purchase requisitions and company policies. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.

**Supervision and Coordination**:Supervise the installation and implementation of purchased materials and equipment at project sites. Coordinate with site personnel to ensure smooth and efficient execution of procurement activities.
