**Experience**
Minimum 5 years of overall experience in Tele Sales **and/or** Training in Tele-sales
Desirable:
- Call center training (outbound - inbound) experience.
- Working experience in the insurance sector
**CTC Offered**
5 LPA to 8 LPA
- Should possess excellent presentation and communication skills
- Proficient in English and Local language (Speaking, reading and writing)
**Desired Attributes**

- A good understanding and delivery of training
- strong interest in developing people and processes.

**FLS Capability Development**
- Timely completion of On boarding learning interventions
- Driving mobile learning initiatives
- FLS retention at the end of 3rd & 6th month.

**Business Critical Learning Interventions (Org Themes)**
Coverage on Business-Critical learning interventions e.g.
- New Product Launch
- Other trainings aligned to business needs

- No. of learners qualified.
**SP Training & Activation of Virtual Banking (Tele verticals) of Banks**
- Managing the shop floor's of tele verticals in terms of training, handholding and assisting tele callers (Virtual RMs) and FLS's.
- Ensuring quality and activation of trained RMs through buddy up, call barging etc. activities on the floor's of tele vertical
Pay: ₹800,000.00 per year
