Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the executives.

Assist with project coordination and follow-up, including tracking and monitoring deadlines and deliverables.

Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Manage and maintain files and records, both physical and digital.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and communication within the organization.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

At least 5-6 years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative support role, preferably in the steel manufacturing or production industry.

Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of the organization.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Flexibility to work outside regular business hours, as needed.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
