Structured hybrid role:
Introduction:
This role is required to develop a suite of Reports and Dashboards to be used across the department
Responsible for centralizing, standardizing and ensuring consistency of MI
Identify opportunities for MI automation, plan and implement where appropriate
Create and maintain an inventory of reports and MI - ensure these are distributed on time and to data quality standards

What will you be doing?

The Visualization and Business Intelligence AVP is required to support the creation, governance and control of centralised MI, ensuring that queries are responded to in a timely manner.
Build MI tools/dashboards suitable for management reporting, business monitoring and assurance activities.
Managing data security, version and change controls processes relating to dashboard development.

What we’re looking for:

- Good knowledge of data visualisation and data story telling
- Able to articulate key messages and analyse outcomes clearly and concisely with a Pragmatic and analytical mind
- Extensive experience of completing complex data analysis and create proposals / provide recommendations on the back of analysis
- Aptitude to pick up skills on new tools if required
- A proactive, self-starter, who can be relied upon to act on new initiatives
- Ability to build business understanding of the department to support technical competencies
- Suitable applicant must have a Bachelor degree qualification, in any discipline.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- SQL knowledge with a great understanding of relational databases
- Strong MS Excel skills with extensive use of Power Query
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
- Strong skills in Power Automate and working knowledge of MS SharePoint in developing content in support of Data reporting
- Experience in predictive modelling, forecasting and analytical experience with strong SQL & Python skills
- Some awareness of Machine Learning and the advantages of using machine learning to increase efficiency in the data moving forward
